Top names in the collision repair industry will gather in Nashville this fall for the inaugural 2025 Music City Collision Conference, a two-day event featuring high-impact presentations and panels on the sector’s most pressing issues, from insurance negotiations and ADAS calibration to workforce development and succession planning.
Set for Sept. 26-27 at the Southwest Conference Center, the event is hosted by the Tennessee Collision Repairers Association (TCRA) and aims to provide practical, forward-looking education for shop owners, technicians and suppliers.
Day one opens with a safety inspection panel led by Collision Advice’s Mike Anderson, followed by a series of dual-track presentations. Sean Preston of Coverall Law will present legal strategies for mastering insurance relationships, while Rick Selover from Garmat will address the financial impact of shop contamination.
Later sessions will include Mark Olson of Veco Experts sharing frameworks for overcoming payment obstacles, and Laura Gay of Consolidation Coach and Matt Di Francesco of High Lift Financial outlining how owners can prepare their businesses for profitable exits.
Day one concludes with sessions by Dave Luehr of Elite Body Shop Solutions, encouraging shops to embrace change with confidence, and Mary Mahoney, VP at Enterprise Mobility, who will present on the Collision Engineering Career Alliance’s role in addressing talent shortages.
Day two’s programming includes an unscripted open-mic panel with Anderson, Luehr and Olson, moderated by Kyle Motzkus, followed by two closing sessions: Mike Jones of Discovery Leadership will present on cultivating a high-performance shop culture, and Greg Peeters, CEO of Car ADAS Solutions, will walk through best practices for profitable and accurate ADAS calibrations.
Whether you’re looking to improve operations, plan your exit, or prepare for the future of vehicle technology, this conference offers something for every segment of the industry.
