The 2026 SEMA Show closed Friday in Las Vegas with one more day of I-CAR presentations on ADAS repair considerations, Gold Class collaboration, and repair and training equipment. Exhibitors also used the final day to share news from the week, including a new portable ADAS calibration stand, award wins, and a giveaway winner.

The last day on the Collision Repair Stage

Friday's presentations on I-CAR's Collision Repair Stage featured I-CAR Sustaining Partners Spanesi Americas, Pro Spot, Car-O-Liner, INDASA, and 3M. Live welding demonstrations and the ADAS + Repair Planning Challenge were also available on the final day.

Shawn Collins, Pro Spot's director of training and learning development, took part in Friday's panel discussion on the stage.

A new mobile ADAS calibration stand

All Clear Diagnostics and Calibration's Dynamic Solutions team unveiled M.A.R.S., the Mobile ADAS Recalibration System, at SEMA. It's built around a portable, collapsible stand meant to make calibration equipment simpler to move, set up, and operate.

Looking back on the week

OEC recapped two presentations from earlier in the week: product manager Isaac Aronson's SCRS educational session, "Repair Planning that Pays: Protecting Revenue Through Research," and Rob Pietrowsky's AAPEX presentation, "Repair Shops & the Parts Buying Decision."

At booth #31215 in Upper South Hall, Solera showed Qapter AI-powered collision estimating, Identifix Direct-Hit diagnostics (now available in XR as well as on desktop and mobile), and ShopCentral, which Solera lists for shop management, parts sourcing, and recycling.

Honors and winners

Innovative Tools & Technologies' truck cab protectors took a New Products Awards runner-up spot. The company announced Friday that the protectors earned runner-up honors in the SEMA New Products Awards and showed them at booth #33101 in Upper South Hall.

A Snap-on team member received a Women of Excellence Award. Allison Moody, senior global marketing manager for Snap-on's equipment division, received a Women in Auto Care Women of Excellence Award on Thursday. Car-O-Liner shared the news.

AirPro named a giveaway winner. Emmit Lee of Continental Auto Group won AirPro's Auggie Air and AirPro Diagnostics & Calibration device giveaway, announced Thursday at SEMA.

Three honors for NAPA XcceleratoR, and SEMA's own awards

NAPA XcceleratoR, from Solera and its partners NAPA Auto Parts and Skillmaker, combines two technologies: immersive training goggles for technicians still learning the trade, plus hands-free smart glasses, which put OEM repair information, real-world fixes, and expert guidance in a working technician's field of view during diagnosis and repair. Solera's Identifix Direct-Hit powers it.

Solera said the product earned three honors during the show: SEMA New Product of the Year for Best Emerging Technology, a SEMA Media's Choice Award, and the 2026 ATMC National Excellence in Training Award from the ASE Training Managers Council. Solera celebrated the launch Thursday night at Caspian's Rock & Roe at Caesars Palace.

SEMA announced its own honors Friday. Eddie Pettus took the top prize in the 2026 SEMA Battle of the Builders with a 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle, after first winning his category, Hot Rod/Hot Rod Truck. SEMA also named Dawson Druesedow of 4 Wheel Performance its 2026 Person of the Year and Tom's Refurb its Content Creator of the Year.
