Wright Way Hyundai in Waynesboro, VA, was recently sold by Mark Wright to Timbrook Automotive, which will now operate it as Waynesboro Hyundai, according to Pinnacle Mergers & Acquisitions, which brokered the sale.
With the acquisition, Timbrook Automotive Group now operates 17 dealerships in Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
Pinnacle represented the seller in the transaction. The deal marks Pinnacle’s first time working with both organizations.
