Key takeaways
The Women’s Industry Network (WIN) will host its first-ever virtual conference, “The Magic Continues,” Oct. 9–10, operating as two half-day sessions from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. CT each day. The digital event is designed to enhance accessibility and deliver educational programming on innovation and leadership tailored for collision repair professionals nationwide.
Early-bird registration is open through Sept. 1, with member pricing set at $110 for full access or $65 for one day; after Sept. 1, rates rise to $125 for full access and $80 for a single day. Non-member prices begin at $135 early-bird and $150 thereafter, with single-day passes at $80 and $95, respectively.
Within the opening keynote, Lauren Kolak, director of OEM business development at CCC Intelligent Solutions, will explore how the aging U.S. vehicle parc — fueled by rising average vehicle age, electrification and increasing complexity — is reshaping claims and repair strategies.
Sabrina Thring, president of the Collision Group at Driven Brands, will headline the second day of the conference, addressing the ever-changing dynamics of the overall collision repair industry.
Beyond those keynotes, the program features panels and breakout sessions aligned with critical shop-management priorities: AI tools, EV repair considerations, industry leadership, auto-glass complexity, LinkedIn marketing, and culture building.
