Expanding access to its programming, the Women’s Industry Network (WIN) has announced its first-ever Virtual Conference, scheduled for Oct. 9–10, following the success of its recent in-person annual event in Orlando, FL.

Titled “The Magic Continues,” the online event will feature two half-day sessions and is designed to deliver dynamic keynotes, breakout sessions and panels that highlight innovation, leadership and strategic career development in the collision repair industry.

“Designed to continue the magic of our flagship event, the WIN Virtual Conference promises dynamic keynotes, cutting-edge breakout sessions, and thought-provoking panels from some of the industry’s most respected voices,” said Leila Hobart, WIN Virtual Conference chair. “Whether you attended this year’s in-person conference, or weren’t able to make it to Orlando, the WIN Virtual Conference has something for everyone that will allow attendees to walk away with actionable insights to accelerate their careers and their companies.”

The program will run each day from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. CT. Day one, themed “The Magic of Innovation,” will explore how digital transformation, automation, and technology are shaping the future of collision repair. Day two, “Turning Innovation into Impact,” will focus on translating those innovations into effective leadership and business growth strategies.

Early-bird pricing is available through Sept. 1. WIN members can register for $110 ($65 for a single-day pass), while non-members can register for $135 ($80 for a single-day pass). After the deadline, full access rates rise to $125 for members and $150 for non-members.

Registration is now open on the WIN Virtual Conference registration page, with full program details, including speakers and session topics, to be announced soon.
