On July 1, Aaron Jones, a college student and son of fallen U.S. Army Sgt. Anthony Jones, was presented with a fully refurbished vehicle through the National Auto Body Council (NABC) Recycled Rides program and its partners, GEICO and Better Collision.
The presentation ceremony took place at the Better Collision location in Rock Hill, SC, and was attended by Rock Hill Mayor John Gettys, representatives from GEICO and NABC, as well as members of the local community.
The atmosphere was filled with gratitude and remembrance as Aaron Jones received the keys to his new vehicle. Jones, who is majoring in criminal justice at Clemson University, was nominated by Upstate Warrior Solution for his leadership, character and dedication to service. With reliable transportation now in hand, Jones is one step closer to achieving his dream of serving in law enforcement.
“At Better Collision, we believe in making communities better through every action we take,” said Jonathon Best, founder of Better Collision. “This vehicle represents more than a donation. It is a symbol of our commitment to supporting families who have sacrificed so much and to uplifting a young man who embodies hope, resilience and service.”
Better Collision technicians fully restored the vehicle, dedicating their time and expertise to ensure Jones would receive a dependable and safe car. This donation is part of Better Collision’s ongoing commitment to making a difference through quality work, community involvement and compassionate service.
