Hunter Engineering announced the release of its final 2025 vehicle information database update, delivering new and updated coverage for its alignment, ADAS and inspection equipment.
The update includes 708 brand-new vehicle records and more than 2,450 updates to existing records. These updates reflect OEM changes to current vehicles and extend coverage to newly released 2025 models such as the Toyota 4Runner and Ram ProMaster 1500.
Hunter’s software updates are designed to enhance service accuracy and efficiency for repair facilities. The latest release also expands features within Hunter’s popular software tools, including updates to the tools and kits database, TPMSpecs database and reset procedures, VIN recall support, adjustment assistance and ADAS calibration procedures.
Notable for its attention to detail, the release covers brand-new records — those not yet in existence at the time of the previous release — as well as updates to existing records, the company said.
To ensure proper functionality, customers are encouraged to contact their Hunter technical and training representatives to schedule the upgrade.
Hunter’s technology integrates with shop and dealer management systems and provides detailed pre- and post-alignment printouts. Backed by nearly 80 years of innovation, the company reports more than 100,000 units installed globally, including at hundreds of OEM facilities.
The system’s software is available in 42 languages and supported by a three-year warranty. The first 2026 vehicle information database update is expected in November.
