The Auto Care Association announced the winners of its 2025 Impact Award: Four for the Future, recognizing four rising leaders under the age of 40 who have made significant contributions to the automotive aftermarket. The awards were presented during the organization’s annual Auto Care Connect event in Phoenix, AZ.
This year’s honorees are Jon Clements of Experian, Tanya Hunt of TERREPOWER, Autumn Lamb of GSP North America, and Sam Russo of Pivotree. The award highlights each individual's exceptional performance, leadership and potential to shape the future of the auto care industry.
“These individuals have achieved success within their organizations through professionalism, hard work, dedication and remarkable abilities,” the association stated in its release. “They are shining stars, examples for others and exemplary representatives of our industry.”
Clements, a product manager at Experian Automotive, was recognized for his leadership in product development and market strategy. With more than 15 years in the automotive aftermarket, Clements is known for leveraging data analytics to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
“My dedication to [the industry’s] long-term success is unwavering, and I am committed to leaving a lasting legacy for the next generation,” said Clements.
Hunt, a commercial project manager at TERREPOWER, was honored for her work in financial analysis, strategic partnerships and project leadership. Her accomplishments include spearheading enterprise-wide initiatives and mentoring others through corporate recruiting and community leadership.
“My proudest accomplishment is finding my ability to connect people and act as a ‘force multiplier,’” Hunt said.
Lamb, marketing director for GSP Automotive Group in North and Latin America, was celebrated for her strategic communications expertise and leadership in B2B marketing. She has a proven track record of executing campaigns that align with brand objectives and sales targets.
“My goal is to drive greater industry involvement among emerging professionals,” said Lamb.
Russo, head of automotive and heavy-duty industrial at Pivotree, was recognized for her innovation in digital commerce, data governance and catalog standards. With nearly two decades in the industry, she has held senior roles at major companies including Genuine Parts Company and O’Reilly Auto Parts.
“I want to empower the next generation of aftermarket professionals, especially in areas like data and technology,” said Russo.
The Impact Award program is managed by the Auto Care Association’s Marketing and Communications Committee in partnership with the Young Auto Care Network Group (YANG). The awards aim to recognize emerging leaders who will drive the industry forward.
