The Collision Repair Education Foundation (CREF) announced the first two of its Fall 2025 High School and College Transportation Student Career Fairs, with more in the works.
On Oct. 2, the first fair will be held at Granger High School in Salt Lake City, UT. On Oct. 21, the next will be held at Tennessee College of Applied Technology – Murfreesboro in Smyrna, TN.
The initiative is designed to connect collision industry employers — including shops, dealerships and tool/equipment firms — with students who are training for entry-level positions in collision repair. The aim is to build the next generation of technicians and address the growing workforce challenges in the collision sector.
“All segments of the collision industry…seek to hire qualified young professionals, and the best place to start is by engaging with these future industry professionals,” said CREF Program and Events Manager Tiffany Bulak. “The foundation’s High School & College Transportation Student Career Fairs offer a unique forum for industry employers to connect locally with hundreds of students who have trained for entry-level positions, allowing them to generate brand awareness while simultaneously showcasing the diverse range of career paths available to students and promoting the collision industry as a viable field where students can enjoy a long future.”
CREF encouraged organizations interested in participating in a scheduled career fair or collaborating to create one in their area to contact the foundation.
