The Auto Care Association’s Manufacturers’ Representatives Council has named Michael Vied of Repforce Inc. as the 2025-26 recipient of its Leadership 2.0 scholarship, a $6,650 award that supports participation in one of the aftermarket industry’s premier executive education programs.

Vied, a partner at Repforce and active member of the Manufacturers’ Rep Council, will represent the Manufacturers’ Representatives community in the upcoming Leadership 2.0 program hosted by the University of the Aftermarket. Designed to develop the next generation of auto care executives, Leadership 2.0 includes two intensive five-day sessions of leadership training and networking with top industry professionals.

“As the youngest partner at Repforce, I’m proud to honor our legacy while helping shape the future of the automotive aftermarket,” said Vied. “Leadership 2.0 is an incredible opportunity to grow as a leader, support emerging talent, and help evolve Repforce into a more adaptive, forward-thinking agency.”

With more than 20 years in the automotive aftermarket and paint, body and equipment (PBE) segments, Vied has focused on building manufacturer partnerships and training end users and technicians. His involvement with the Auto Care Association, the Young Auto Care Network Group (YANG) and the Manufacturers’ Representatives Council reflects a strong commitment to professional development and industry innovation.

Funded by the University of the Aftermarket Foundation, the Leadership 2.0 scholarship covers tuition, course materials and meals. The program grants 7.0 Continuing Education Units (CEUs) toward Automotive Aftermarket Professional (AAP) and Master Automotive Aftermarket Professional (MAAP) certifications.

Session I of the program will be held Aug. 10-14 at Northwood University in Midland, MI. Session II will follow March 8-12, 2026, at a location to be announced.
