Industry veteran Rob Champe, CEO of Kniesel’s Collision, shares how his Coyote Vision 20 Group changed his business. Erin Solis, vice president of Square One Systems, explains how these groups deliver benchmarking, accountability and peer feedback you can’t get elsewhere.

Champe, who has been a part of the Coyote Vision 20 Group for 19 years, has grown Kniesel's Collision into a 13-location MSO in Northern California, with about 300 employees.

"I knew I wanted to be better," Champe said of his reasoning behind joining the 20 Group.

During the conversation, Champe discusses specific challenges he brought to the group and how they helped him solve them, other changes he has made based on feedback, and what other shop professionals should look for when considering joining a 20 Group.

Whether you're a collision shop owner, manager or industry leader looking to scale, sharpen operations, or grow as a business owner, this webinar will provide the clarity and tools you need to make peer collaboration work for you.
