Revv won the 2025 SEMA New Product Award in the Collision Repair and Refinish category for its Integrations Ecosystem product.

Revv’s Integrations Ecosystem is one of three new products launched Nov. 4 — opening day of the show — to expand its end-to-end repair platform to simplify documentation, billing and data sharing between shops and insurers.

Integrations Ecosystem connects shops and insurers by syncing calibration data directly into the tools they already use, cutting down on manual work and keeping everyone aligned throughout the repair and claims process.

"We built the Revv Integrations Ecosystem to connect every single piece of hardware, tools, estimatics and dataflows seamlessly so repairers have a choice of the tools they want to use," said Adi Bathla, CEO of Revv, in accepting the award at the SEMA Kickoff Breakfast the same day as the launch.

In a later interview with Autobody News, Bathla said companies servicing the collision repair industry have “created walled gardens” that have led to technicians spending more time doing admin work than repairing cars.

“With our Integrations Ecosystem, we're here to break those walls,” he said.

Nick Vasko, vice president of products for Revv, said a lot of the admin work collision repairers have to complete is “copying and pasting information from one spot to another,” in the form of photos, scan reports or diagnostic information. They also spend a lot of time researching repair procedures.

Vasko said so much of that could be “automated away” if the various tools and systems could “talk” to each other.

“That really got us thinking about how we can actually do that,” Vasko said. “Today we're taking our first step and building this shared layer of intelligence in offering our Integrations Ecosystem to our customers.”

The product brings together other tools that collision repairers are already using to research and document repair procedures.

“Shops spend less time clicking buttons and more time with their hands on the car,” Vasko said.

Bathla said some companies are striking exclusive agreements with others to “pigeonhole the industry into specific solutions.”

“But our take with Integrations Ecosystem is, again, to break down those walls, but most importantly, give the industry the choice and the time back to repair the car properly and service the customer,” he said. “Because at the end of the day, that's what matters the most.”

Vasko said Bathla founded Revv by listening to repairers explain the issues with their workflows.

“Last night we were at dinner with our one of our first customers, and he was talking about how powerful it was to have somebody who just came in and listened and built stuff based on what they heard from the customer,” Vasko said. “We've really taken that philosophy to everything that we've built. It just feels so powerful to be recognized for the love that we have for the repairers of the space.”

Along with Integrations Ecosystem, Revv launched Claims Builder and Advanced Billing System. Claims Builder automatically compiles OEM repair procedures, technician notes, calibration results and supporting photos into a single, insurer-ready report, while Advanced Billing System allows shops to create and send invoices directly from within Revv, with calibration details automatically filled in.

Vasko said the more important feature of the report generated by Claims Builder is that it protects shops from liability issues, by maintaining a record in case it’s needed.

Advanced Billing is focused on helping repairers adapt to pricing changes in the market, by building a smart coding system that stores price sheets and then properly invoice for calibrations according to what the insurance company requires to get paid.

The New Product Award was Revv’s second in a row. In 2024, its Revv ADAS Plus won in the ADAS Product category (which this year was absorbed by a category created to recognize the best Emerging Technology Product.)

Vasko said the second win “really highlights just how much passion we have for the industry.”

“This is just the beginning for us,” Bathla said. “We just release these products, but the traction has been amazing. We've already got a lot of stuff cooking for next year and a lot of insights ready for next year as well.

“We hope to bring this [award] home next year as well,” he added.
