The 2025 SEMA Show opened Nov. 4 in the Las Vegas Convention Center with 1.2 million square feet of new products, custom builds and opportunities for 160,000 attendees to network and learn to build their businesses.

Revv Wins Second Consecutive New Product Award
The show opened with the SEMA Kickoff Breakfast. SEMA CEO Mike Spagnola introduced Mohammed Ben Sulayem, president of the FIA, which partnered with SEMA earlier this year to bolster each other’s work in U.S. and global safety and mobility policy as ADAS and autonomous vehicles continue to shape the automotive industry in transformative ways.

Jay Leno interviewed Tim Kuniskis, head of American brands for Stellantis, about the automaker's future plans, during which he teased an upcoming announcement from Ram regarding a high performance diesel drivetrain. "Performance is absolutely back," Kuniskis said. "Fun is back. Let's have some fun in this industry again."
In the 2025 New Product Awards, Revv ADAS was a second-time winner, this time in the Collision Repair and Refinish Category. Its Integration Ecosystem took the honor over runners-up Spanesi, for its Multibench EXT, and KECO, for its GPR + Pro Cart.
"We built the Revv Integrations Ecosystem to connect every single piece of hardware, tools, estimatics and dataflows seamlessly so repairers have a choice of the tools they want to use," said Adi Bathla, CEO of Revv, in accepting the award.
Revv won the award in 2024 in the ADAS Product category for its Revv ADAS Plus.
This year, the ADAS Product category was absorbed by the new Emerging Technology Product category. The winner there was Dynam Labs Inc. for its Dynam Labs VCU+. Runners-up were Kinetic Vision for Kinetic Automation, and Flush Fastener for Flush Fasteners.
Robots, Auto Glass and Insurer Relations
Among the educational offerings from the Society of Collision Repair Specialists (SCRS) and I-CAR covered by Autobody News were sessions related to deciding when and how to bring auto glass services in-house and a guide to getting customers involved with petitioning their insurance companies to fully reimburse for repairs.
In another session, Ryan Taylor of BodyShop Booster introduced attendees to a pair of robots before detailing how shops can use AI to capture more leads and improve the customer experience, both during and after the repair.
New Spray Gun, Repair Procedure Tech
Josh Sorel, an experienced refinisher who shares tips for other paint techs on Instagram (@josh_refinish), highlighted some of the spray gun technology he saw on Day One.
Fuji Spray unveiled two new models: the Valor Mini H50 for spot repair and the Valor M100 for clear coat applications. Sorel was also impressed by their VR simulator with a working spray gun — "easily the most realistic feel I’ve ever experienced in a virtual setup," Sorel said.
At the DeVilbiss booth, Sorel liked the limited-edition gun on display and updated DeKups EVO disposable cup system.
Pro Stat stood out as well: "I learned their unit is currently the only static-eliminating tool OSHA-approved for use inside any spray booth," Sorel said.
Finally, Sagola revealed a new redesign for their 4600 spray gun. The fluid tip now features a hexagonal shape instead of a traditional cylindrical nozzle — they’re calling it the Hex tip. "It’s a unique approach, and I can’t wait to test it in the booth," he said.
John Melendez, owner of JDM Collision, was impressed by OEM Calibration incorporating AI into its repair access and required procedures.
"Very impressive to gain that access on an OEM level, reassuring a proper, safe repair," Melendez said.
