Two major collision repair industry events have opened registration for spring 2026, offering professionals opportunities for education, networking, and professional development.
The HD Repair Forum (HDRF) will take place March 18-19 at the Music City Center in Nashville, TN, while the Women’s Industry Network Annual Conference is scheduled for May 4-6 at the JW Marriott Tucson Starr Pass Resort & Spa in Tucson, AZ.
HD Repair Forum Conference co-locates with TMC
The 2026 HDRF will co-locate with the American Trucking Associations’ Technology & Maintenance Council (TMC) Annual Meeting & Transportation Technology Exhibition, marking a significant partnership for the heavy-duty collision repair segment.
“TMC has been a great partner in this new endeavor, and working together to co-locate and co-promote the events will benefit both programs,” said Brian Nessen, HDRF president and co-founder. “While HDRF is supportive of all heavy-duty repair industry associations and groups, the Nashville location and the OEM involvement at TMC is of interest to our market.”
The co-location provides HDRF attendees with discounted hotel rates in downtown Nashville, access to TMC’s exhibit floor, and member pricing to TMC’s annual meeting and sessions.
“Co-locating with TMC’s annual meeting provides more value for the heavy- and medium-duty collision repair community by offering the opportunity for our members to connect with other vital trucking industry stakeholders,” said Jennie Lepore, HDRF communications director.
The HDRF advisory board meets next week to finalize the agenda, topics, and speakers for the 2026 program. The schedule of events will be available in the coming weeks.
WIN Conference celebrates 20th anniversary
The Women’s Industry Network (WIN) 2026 Annual Conference marks the organization’s 20th anniversary with the theme “Empowering Excellence — 20 Years of Driving Change and Building Leadership.”
“This has become a must-attend industry event with sessions from industry leaders, expert-filled panels, and impactful keynote addresses,” said Blair Womble, WIN Conference chair. “This year’s theme of ‘Empowering Excellence’ truly defines what it means for WIN and its members to continue learning from one another, as we broaden our network along with making lifelong industry friends.”
The conference will feature breakout sessions ranging from hands-on technical training to leadership development.
WIN will honor annual scholarship recipients, Most Influential Women honorees, and the Cornerstone Award for WIN service, as well as debut the inaugural Founding Mothers award.
New networking initiatives for 2026 include a pickleball fundraiser as a Sunday kickoff event, a sunrise yoga session option, and “Dinner With a Board Member,” a small-group networking opportunity on Sunday evening.
Registration details
For the WIN conference, members registering by the March 1 early-bird deadline receive a discounted rate of $695, with the rate increasing to $795 afterward. Nonmember registration is $950. Daily attendance is available for $325. Registration for in-person attendees closes April 21.
Professionals can become a WIN member for $95 and take advantage of discounted conference pricing if they join and register before March 1.
