Patriot Honda in Ardmore, OK, was recently sold by Patriot Auto Group, led by dealer Tatton Manning, to Jeremy Hodge Auto Group. The dealership will now operate under its new name, Jeremy Hodge Honda.
This is the second dealership transaction between the two auto groups in the past year. In October 2024, Jeremy Hodge bought the former Patriot Chevrolet GMC in Ardmore, now known as Jeremy Hodge Chevrolet GMC. The group also owns a third dealership, selling Toyotas, in the same city.
The most recent sale was announced by Pinnacle Mergers & Acquisitions, which has a business relationship with Patriot Auto Group dating back to 2018, when Pinnacle assisted Patriot in its acquisition of Oakley Chevrolet Buick in Bartlesville, OK.
“Seven years of mutual trust and collaboration brought us to this moment,” said Wes Hamilton, executive vice president of Pinnacle Mergers & Acquisitions. “We’re also thrilled to support Jeremy Hodge Auto Group as they expand their presence in Oklahoma with a great dealership and a strong team already in place.”
After the sale of the Honda dealership, Patriot Auto Group now has seven dealerships in Oklahoma: Chevrolet, GMC and Hyundai dealerships in Bartlesville; and four Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram dealers, in McAlester, Chandler, Pryor and Tulsa.
