The Women in Auto Care community, part of the Auto Care Association, has opened nominations for its 2025 Women in Auto Care Awards, recognizing outstanding contributions from women and allies across the automotive aftermarket industry.
With more than 100 nominations submitted annually, the program highlights achievements in leadership, innovation and professional excellence across five award categories: Women of Excellence (Class of four), Outstanding Leadership, Shop Owner of the Year, Lifetime Achievement, and Company Ally of the Year.
“The Women in Auto Care Awards are integral to our mission as we, thanks to the nominations from this community, are able to celebrate the incredible achievements of eight women and one company within this incredible industry,” said Elle Lawhead, chair of Women in Auto Care.
Award recipients span a wide range of roles across the industry, from warehousing and heavy-duty sectors to shop ownership and executive leadership in manufacturing and marketing. Past honorees have included professionals in human resources, C-suite positions and technical disciplines.
Winners will be recognized during the Women in Auto Care Awards ceremony breakfast and reception at the 2025 Automotive Aftermarket Products Expo (AAPEX) in November in Las Vegas. Honorees will also be profiled through Women in Auto Care and Auto Care Association’s media platforms.
The awards are overseen by the Women in Auto Care Leadership Council and judged by a panel of volunteer industry professionals.
Nominations for all award categories must be submitted by July 21. Full details and nomination forms are available at autocare.org/women-in-auto-care.
