The 2025 Fix Network Global Conference convened franchisees, industry experts and business leaders from around the world to share strategies, foster collaboration and celebrate collective progress across the automotive aftermarket.
Held in Mexico, the multi-day event featured keynote sessions, leadership panels and motivational speakers, all centered around the theme “Mission: Possible.”
Steve Leal, president and CEO of Fix Network, opened the conference by emphasizing the organization’s global vision and the power of its unified brand family, which includes Fix Auto, NOVUS Glass, ProColor Collision and Speedy Auto Service.
“The energy, insights and inspiration exchanged here will undoubtedly shape the way we move forward together,” said Leal.
Among the key speakers was motorsports veteran Romain Grosjean, who shared personal insights into performance and resilience. Leadership strategist Matt Havens followed with a session focused on cross-generational team building and leadership simplicity, offering tools to elevate shop operations.
A highlight of the event was the “Leadership in Action” panel, where Fix Network leaders from Germany, Canada, Australia and the U.S. discussed how they are navigating market change through innovation, EV specialization and operational agility. Panelist Jeff Labonovich, vice president of sales and operations in Canada, noted the importance of adaptability in today’s competitive landscape.
Attendees also heard from Stefan Strähnz, chief programmes officer for the Audi F1 Project, who detailed Audi’s strategic entry into Formula 1 as a case study in long-term planning and precision execution. Meanwhile, media professionals Abby Bowman, Darryl Simmons and Jay Sicht led a discussion on pressing industry challenges such as technician shortages and repair complexity.
The conference closed with high-energy keynotes from entrepreneur Grant Cardone, who promoted a bold “10X” growth mindset, and Molly Bloom, whose message of resilience and reinvention struck a personal chord with attendees.
Complementing the educational sessions, the conference featured several networking events including a beachfront welcome reception and a formal gala dinner. These events underscored the conference’s theme by building connections that will help drive the network’s collective mission forward.
Fix Network will host its next Global Conference in 2027, continuing its tradition of aligning leadership, innovation and community across its international network.
