Bravo Nissan of Victoria in Victoria, TX, was recently sold by Raymond Palacios and Alex Flores of Bravo Autos to first-time franchise dealer Benji Urra. The dealership will now operate as Nissan of Victoria.
The transaction was announced by Pinnacle Mergers & Acquisitions.
Mike Sims, president of Pinnacle Mergers & Acquisitions, and Wes Hamilton, vice president, represented the seller in the transaction. This marks Pinnacle’s second transaction with Bravo Autos following their acquisition of Baytown Nissan in 2024.
