Abra Sparta has officially completed a full-scale renovation of its collision repair facility in Sparta, MI, introducing advanced equipment upgrades, expanded work areas and redesigned customer spaces aimed at enhancing both repair quality and customer service.
The comprehensive project, led by long-time industry professional Pablo Rodriguez, included a complete teardown and rebuild of the front office, which now features a larger, more welcoming customer service area. Rodriguez, who has been part of the Abra network since 2010 and acquired the Sparta location in 2016, said the transformation was designed with both customers and insurance partners in mind.
“This renovation is more than just a physical upgrade — it’s about investing in our customers, our team, and our community,” Rodriguez said. “We’ve built this space to ensure vehicles are repaired quickly, accurately, and safely using the best tools and resources available. It’s all about delivering the highest-quality repair experience.”
Key upgrades to the facility include the addition of a new paint area featuring two state-of-the-art paint booths, a centralized mix room, and three overhead doors allowing direct exterior access. The renovation also introduced an internal lane for more efficient vehicle movement throughout the building.
The shop’s existing concrete floor was completely removed and replaced with polished concrete, providing a durable and clean high-performance workspace. The facility is now equipped with advanced repair technology such as a Car-O-Liner in-ground frame rack system, multiple RLP77 high-end scissor lifts, a large two-post lift, expanded parts storage, and a dedicated estimating bay.
