Serpentini Auto Group has acquired North Olmsted Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Ohio in a transaction facilitated by the Tim Lamb Group, marking the firm’s fourth successful deal with Serpentini and signaling continued consolidation in the Ohio auto dealership market.
The dealership, previously owned by Paul Hrnchar Jr., will now operate as Serpentini Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram North Olmsted. Located at 27500 Lorain Road, the 4.3-acre property features a 41,000-square-foot showroom, full service center and an independently operated body shop.

Originally established as Strongsville Dodge in 1976, the dealership moved to North Olmsted and expanded to include Chrysler and Jeep in 2010. The Hrnchar family will continue to operate Alfa Romeo & FIAT of Strongsville.
Corle, director at the Tim Lamb Group, praised the Hrnchar family’s legacy and expressed confidence in the dealership’s future. “I’m confident the dealership will be in good hands with the Serpentini family,” he said.
Led by President Bob Serpentini, Serpentini Auto Group now owns eight locations in Ohio and Florida. “Serpentini Auto Group was an ideal buyer,” added Corle. “They enjoy a strong reputation in Northeast Ohio and bring a proven commitment to customer service and community involvement.”
Serpentini Auto Group plans to renovate the showroom with updates tailored to the Jeep brand. While a formal grand re-opening date has not been set, the group assured customers of a smooth transition.
The deal officially closed July 8.
