Medium-size shops processing 20 vehicles weekly could generate $400,000+ annually from calibrations alone, according to one supplier’s calculations. Yet the ROI depends on balancing shop capacity: dedicating lanes to calibration means fewer repair bays.

A recent IMR survey found 20.6% of shops listed high parts prices and supply-chain disruptions as their top concern, with 17.7% worried about overhead tied to unreliable parts flows.
