Colours Inc., a family owned automotive, fleet and industrial paint distributor, acquired Fox Valley Auto Paints’ locations in Rockford and Aurora, IL, effective in August.
The move boosts Colours’ Midwest footprint and reinforces its support for collision repair professionals in the region.

The acquisition ensures a seamless transition for body shops and refinish professionals served by the former Fox Valley Auto Paints. Colours plans to maintain current operations while introducing expanded product lines, enhanced training opportunities and continued personalized service.
Staff at both locations will remain in place, preserving local relationships and familiarity.

With the acquisition, the Colours, Inc., network now totals 62 locations.
