For collision repair shops, the paint correction step comes at the end of a long and expensive process. It is also where a hidden problem tends to surface: many conventional compounds contain fillers that temporarily mask surface defects rather than remove them. The vehicle looks fine at delivery. A few weeks later, swirl marks reappear, the customer calls back, and the shop absorbs the cost of the relationship.

The filler-free formula directly affects callbacks. While many compounds mask surface defects temporarily, and when fillers wear away, swirl marks return — sometimes within weeks of delivery. A compound that performs on cured paint is not automatically safe for body shop use.
