Crash Champions has completed full deployment of PartsTrader's new AI-powered parts procurement platform across its network of more than 650 repair centers, the companies announced Dec. 9. The rollout makes Crash Champions the first multi-shop operator to implement Orderly at scale, just one week after PartsTrader publicly launched the platform.
Orderly uses artificial intelligence to automate parts ordering decisions across the procurement cycle, from initial sourcing through financial reconciliation. According to PartsTrader, the platform integrates with multiple estimating systems, reduces manual processes, and provides real-time visibility into part availability and market-based pricing. The company says repairers maintain control over supplier selection and business rules while AI handles routine ordering tasks.
"By infusing our repair centers with powerful tools like Orderly, we're building a best-in-class customer experience that blends the expertise of the industry's best talent with a modern, data-driven repair process," said Matt Ebert, Crash Champions founder and CEO, in the announcement. "Orderly is already empowering our team to improve the repair process."
PartsTrader launched Orderly on Dec. 2, describing it as designed for both large MSOs and independent repairers. The platform offers live-quoting functionality alongside direct ordering from preferred suppliers within a single system. PartsTrader emphasized that Orderly complements existing shop management tools rather than replacing them.
Mark Lindner, president and chief revenue officer of PartsTrader, said the partnership with Crash Champions focused on "shaping the future of collision repair together."
"Orderly reflects our commitment to bring advanced technology to every repairer, from the shop floor to the back office, creating a smarter, more connected industry," Lindner stated.
The timing matters for shops evaluating their own procurement processes. Parts delivery times have shown improvement in recent quarters, with PartsTrader's own data indicating median delivery days dropped to 6.8 in Q3 2025, down from 9.5 days in Q3 2024. Faster procurement can directly impact cycle time and length-of-rental metrics that affect both customer satisfaction and insurer relationships.
PartsTrader positions Orderly as "DRP-ready," with compliance and auditability features designed for direct repair program participation. As DRP requirements evolve and insurers push for greater transparency in parts procurement, shops on these programs may face increasing pressure to demonstrate systematic ordering processes.
