Toyota Hurricane Relief

In response to the recent devastation caused by Hurricane Beryl and other natural disasters, Toyota Motor North America and Toyota Financial Services announced measures to support affected communities.

Toyota has pledged to match contributions made by U.S.-based employees to The American Red Cross, SBP, and other eligible nonprofits, amplifying the impact of their annual donations to these organizations. These funds are vital for recovery efforts nationwide, helping to rebuild lives and communities in the wake of disasters.

"At Toyota, we are committed to supporting our communities in times of need," said a spokesperson for Toyota Motor North America. "Our partnership with The American Red Cross and SBP allows us to provide essential resources and support to those affected by these devastating events."

In addition to financial contributions, Toyota Financial Services (TFS) is offering payment relief options to customers in designated disaster areas. This initiative extends to both Toyota Financial Services and Lexus Financial Services (LFS) lease and finance customers, providing a range of options including extensions, lease deferred payments, redirected billing statements and the ability to arrange phone or online payments.

Customers needing assistance are encouraged to contact TFS or LFS directly. Toyota Financial Services customers can reach out at 800-874-8822 or use the Mail Center function on ToyotaFinancial.com, while Lexus Financial Services customers can call 800-874-7050 or contact LFS via the Mail Center on LexusFinancial.com.

"Our thoughts are with everyone affected by the storms and flooding," the spokesperson added. "We hope these efforts will provide some relief and help our customers navigate these challenging times."
