For more than 25 years, Induction Innovations® has been at the forefront of manufacturing high-performance induction heating tools in the USA — delivering fast, safe, and reliable solutions to the automotive industry. The first Inductor® model debuted in 2000, originally developed to support the automotive collision repair market. Designed to streamline demanding tasks, the Inductor® offered a faster, safer and better flameless alternative for removing automotive glass, seam sealers, vinyl graphics, body side moldings, etc. and even assisting with paintless dent repair (PDR), greatly reducing labor times, salvaging parts normally discarded in the repair process and increasing profits.
As the needs of the auto industry evolved, so did the Inductor series. What began with a PVC tripod stand was transformed into the robust, blue metal enclosure of the Pro-Max®. Induction Innovations introduced the next generation — the Inductor Max® — housed in a black, portable toolbox design, making it even more versatile for technicians in the shop or on the move.
The Inductor® attachments are what really make these tools so versatile. The Inductor series has 6 attachments, allowing collision techs to get the most out of the tool.
• U-111 PDR baton: The Inductor® PDR Baton attachment complements our line of high-performance induction heating tools. Unlike traditional PDR, the Invisible Heat® method is the cleanest and fastest way for fixing hail dents, door dings and other minor soft dents.
• U-211 Fast-Off Pad: The Fast-Off® Attachment (U-211) is an accessory for use with the Inductor® Pro-Max, Pro-Max CE and Inductor® Max, and is ideal for removing body trim (foam backing stays intact), stripes, vapor barriers, graphics, sound pads, nameplates, emblems, and stress relieving sheet metal (PDR Repairs).
• U-311 Glass Blaster®: The U-Series Glass Blaster® Attachment (U-311) is an accessory for use with the Inductor® Pro-Max, Pro-Max CE and Inductor® Max and is perfect for removing bonded auto glass, SMC panels, metal bond adhesives, undercoating, appliqués, and spray-on bedliners in a fraction of the time it takes using other conventional tools.
• U-411 Concentrator: The U-Series Concentrator® Attachment (U-411) is an accessory for use with the Inductor® Pro-Max, Pro-Max CE and Inductor® Max. The U-411 can be used for PDR, removing hardware and seam sealers in a fraction of the time, with no consumables and no mess.
• U-511 Rose Bud: The Rosebud Attachment is a higher-powered accessory that can heat heavier steels quickly and mildly heat and anneal aluminum panels for repair (PDR). The U-511 Rose Bud operates off the Inductor® Pro-Max, Pro-Max CE or Inductor® Max.
• U-555 attachment: The U-555 is an Inductor® Series attachment that operates off the Inductor Pro-Max or Max power supplies. The U-555 works similarly to the Mini-Ductor® series and offers more power than the original Mini-Ductor II, approximately 2000 watts (this number is load-dependent based on workload mass and metal composition).
