Honda North of Massachusetts Wins Prestigious President's Award Again

The dealership has won the award -- the highest given to dealerships -- 16 times in the past 24 years.

Honda North of Danvers, MA, won the coveted President's Award from American Honda Motor Co., Inc. for the 16th time in 24 years.

The President's Award is Honda's highest dealership honor, reflecting excellence across all aspects of a dealership's operations. Criteria include outstanding customer service and satisfaction, sales performance, training initiatives and facility standards.

Only 13% of the 1,073 Honda dealers nationwide achieved the honor in 2023. Honda North's 16th accolade places it in an elite category of dealerships that excel in fostering customer-centric experiences.

The Honda President's Award Program aims to promote greater customer satisfaction each year by adjusting its objectives to match market dynamics.
