Classic Collision announced the acquisition of Fradella’s Collision Center, a well-established family-owned business with three locations in Louisiana.
Fradella’s Collision Center, founded in 1982, has been serving the Greater New Orleans area for more than four decades. With locations in Metairie, Chalmette and Slidell, the company built its reputation on quality repairs, transparency in service, and customer-first values. Its operations include a lifetime warranty on repairs and recognition as a Top Workplace.
“We are pleased to welcome the Fradella’s team to the Classic family,” said Toan Nguyen, CEO of Classic Collision. “Their strong reputation and history of excellence align well with our operational standards and growth strategy.”
The acquisition marks Classic Collision’s entry into the Louisiana market, continuing its steady expansion across the U.S.
Fradella’s customers can expect continued service with familiar staff under the Classic Collision name, according to the announcement. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Classic Collision was founded in 1983 in Atlanta, GA. It has grown to more than 300 locations in 20 states.
In 2024, Classic Collision hit the 300-store mark by expanding into new markets in East Texas and Southern California and strengthening its presence in key regions like Florida, Virginia and North Carolina. It saw a 21% increase in store count over the year, among the most significant footprint growth in the industry in 2024.
