BMW of North America has partnered with CCC Intelligent Solutions to enhance its digital post-collision experience for drivers and repairers, significantly expanding access to certified repair centers and competitively priced OEM parts.
Through this collaboration, CCC’s technology now powers several BMW platforms that connect customers with BMW Certified Collision Repair Centers (CCRCs). U.S. drivers can request photo-based estimates, schedule appointments and receive instant repair cost predictions through CCC’s AI-powered tools embedded in BMW’s Certified Shop Locator.
“BMW is improving how drivers and repairers engage after a collision,” said Andreas Hecht, senior vice president of mobility at CCC. “We’re proud to support that commitment through technologies that simplify the repair journey, increase visibility into shop performance and help enable access to original BMW parts.”
One of the key developments is the integration of CCC® OEM Net Refer and CCC® Engage, which allows CCRCs to offer new features like appointment booking and repair cost estimations directly through BMW’s locator tool. These enhancements aim to make the repair process more transparent and efficient for consumers.
In addition to front-end improvements, BMW has significantly expanded its parts availability through CCC’s platform. In 2025, the number of eligible BMW parts offered at promotional prices via CCC® Promote has tripled. This change allows more than 30,500 repair shops nationwide to access competitively priced OEM components from participating BMW dealers.
BMW has also chosen CCC® Parts to manage its dealer rebate programs, centralizing incentive tracking and ensuring uniformity across the dealer network.
The integration reflects BMW’s broader strategy to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline operations for repairers following vehicle collisions. More information about CCC’s OEM solutions is available at cccis.com/oem.
