The 2025 SEMA Show is shaping up as a critical juncture for collision repair shop operators, delivering a combination of OEM showcases, cutting edge ADAS readiness, and shop management education tailored to today’s operational pressures.
This year’s show will feature major automakers Ford, Honda, Mopar/Stellantis, Nissan and Toyota.
"These brands are not only leaders in innovation and performance, but they also represent the passion and creativity that drive the aftermarket community,” said SEMA Vice President of Events Tom Gattuso. “Their presence will elevate the show and inspire attendees from around the globe."
Ford Performance Parts & Accessories will preview new Custom Garage packages and performance accessories for the F 150 Raptor R. Mopar/Stellantis returns with concept vehicles and high quality, factory backed performance parts. Nissan and Infiniti promise immersive experiences, from SUV off road builds to gaming activations. Toyota follows its tradition of reimagined concepts and one off showstoppers, spanning TRD, Genuine Accessories and hybrid powertrains.
For collision and repair specialists grappling with multi sensor ADAS systems, the show offers a concentrated learning environment. According to a guest column from Adi Bathla, CEO and co-founder of Revv, a typical modern passenger vehicle now contains around 10 ADAS systems powered by five different sensor technologies, including radar, LiDAR, ultrasonic and cameras.
“Each year, SEMA brings together tens of thousands of industry professionals. With this crowd, there's an unmatched opportunity for shop owners to connect with peers who've already navigated complex ADAS challenges,” Bathla wrote. “You might even find solutions to problems you didn't even know had answers.”
On the show floor, the Collision Repair & Refinish Stage in Upper South Hall will offer hands on welding demos, OEM, I-CAR and SCRS presentations, plus access to advanced tools, paint booths, repair accessories, software and management systems.
The 2025 SEMA education program adds depth for shop operators. Tracks include:
• Inside the Shop: Practitioners discuss current trends, challenges, and technology adoption.
• Small Business Strategy: Hands on tactics to grow businesses using AI, cloud tools, or the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS).
• Talent Management: Techniques to hire and retain young staffing—a perennial challenge in body shops.
I-CAR will host courses on MIG welding, safety protocols for working on electric vehicles with high-voltage systems, and modifying or repairing cars with ADAS functionalities.
SCRS’ Repairer Driven Education sessions will show attendees how to put their business on a path of maximum efficiency, gain an online presence, and identify incoming trends and technologies.
