According to SATA, the most significant advancements in the new SATA jet X are rooted in its innovative technical design. Leading the charge is the newly developed nozzle technology, which sets a new benchmark for atomization. At the heart of this breakthrough is SATA’s patented labyrinth system, engineered to guide air through the nozzle with zero turbulence or pulsation. The result? Exceptionally fine, homogeneous atomization with a spray pattern that offers enhanced control, optimized material distribution, and clearly defined fade-out zones.

But that’s just the beginning.
The jet X features a number of smart, painter-focused improvements. A redesigned trigger can be removed without tools in seconds (excluding the BASIC), and even includes a built-in wrench for the fluid tip. The spray gun is also more ergonomic and lighter than ever before, with fewer components, making maintenance faster and easier.
Painters can choose from four models to match their specific needs:
• jet X BASIC
• jet X DIGITAL ready
• jet X DIGITAL
• jet X DIGITAL pro
These models are available now at your local SATA distributor. While RP (Reduced Pressure) versions will be available, EPA approvals for transfer efficiency compliance are pending. Be sure to check your local regulations if you’re working in a regulated zone.
The jet X also offers two fan shapes with its new nozzle system to suit different application styles:
“I” (Control Nozzles): These produce a longer, narrow spray pattern with precise material distribution. They apply more slowly but offer maximum control – ideal for painters who prefer precision.
“O” (Speed Nozzles): With a wider, oval spray pattern, these nozzles deliver a wetter core and larger fade-out zones, enabling faster application.
With the jet X, every painter has the tools to match their technique and elevate their finish. Whether your priority is control or speed, SATA has designed a spray gun that adapts to you.
