Sean Ruitenberg of Premium Guard has been appointed to CAWA’s Manufacturers Advisory Council.

During the appointment process, Mike Mohler, chair of the Board of Directors, commented: “We are pleased to be reunited with Sean and appreciate he is re-joining our leadership team to participate and contribute to our discussions of contemporary industry issues. We look forward to his perspective and insights, that will assist the Association in achieving its goals as an effective automotive aftermarket industry organization."
Ruitenberg has been in the automotive aftermarket industry in different companies and categories for 10-plus years managing western and national traditional WD accounts, and has also had responsibilities for Central and South American customers due to bilingual abilities.

In the past, he has been a part of CAWA’s Manufacturers Advisory Council and found it to be a very good experience and a necessary one to make sure the aftermarket parts industry is well represented in regards to legislation and advocacy. Ruitenberg is looking forward to being a part of the association’s leadership again with colleagues from throughout the industry.

On a personal note, Ruitenberg is married to Stephanie and they live in San Clemente, CA. They are the parents of two girls, Nicola, 17 months old, and Mila, 1 month old, and they agree these children will make their life very fulfilling and interesting at the same time.
