“If you don’t prepare your walls and they paint over it, it’s going to come off,” he said. “It’s got to be prepared right and done right the first time.”
Next, Ranuschio noted that his goal is to serve the client instead of the insurance company, and aims to give an honest, detailed description of the repair process before any work is done.
“I work for you,” he said. “So, I’m going to tell you everything … I’ll tell you how I do it just so you know, because I like being very open.”
In addition, Ranuschio noted he always puts everything in writing for his customers so they understand the work being done and can refer back to it later if needed.
“I give you a real detailed breakdown,” he said. “When you come to me, I like putting everything in writing.”
Ranuschio usually offers an annual bumper repair special during the holiday season, and pointed out that the details have not yet been finalized, but the special is currently in the works for this year.
“Every year people wait for it,” he said. “If you have a new car and it’s a three-stage pearl or something, it’s very, very expensive to do, so now if you have an expensive car, any car, the bumper special is the same price for every car. Three stage, two stage — I don’t care. I’m here to take care of you.”
