Terms of the agreement were not disclosed. The addition of D&D and Callaway’s positions Service King as the largest collision repair provider in Houston with 4 centers throughout the market, further extending Service King’s position as the largest independently owned and operated collision repair organization in the U.S. with 26 locations in the Dallas-Ft. Worth Metroplex and Houston.

We anticipate adding over 300 employees in the Houston market over the next 3 years. The scale of this acquisition will enhance Service King’s market-wide solution for our preferred insurance and dealership partners, and provide consumers with convenient locations throughout the Houston marketplace,” continued Abraham.
The acquisition of D&D and Callaway’s by Service King is the largest expansion acquisition that has taken place within the collision repair industry in the past five years. Service King entered the Houston market in 2008 with the opening of its first location at 7924 Highway 6 North, a newly constructed 20,000-square-foot facility on 3.5-acres. The recently acquired locations include 80,000 square foot, D&D Spring, located at 23530 I-45 North, 80,000 square foot, D&D Kingwood, located at 22500 Highway 59 North and 37,000 square foot Callaway's Humble, located at 450 E. FM 1960 Bypass.
