Parts and Service Director Beto Pena has been running the show at Toyota of Laredo for more than 15 years.

Until now, he was in charge of a facility that admittedly needed a facelift, but now he’s sitting at his desk in a two-story, 32,000-square foot building loaded with bells and whistles, overlooking a small duck pond.

 

Serving Laredo, Zapata, Hebronville and Webb County in Texas, this new parts and service department is the city’s newest and largest facility of its type, featuring the latest in automotive technology throughout.

 

Opened three months ago, Pena and his crew offer online scheduling, touch-free drop off, vehicle pickup and delivery from its service department.

 

For body shops that need OE Toyota parts, Pena maintains an inventory consisting of $750,000 of both mechanical and crash parts and has access to millions more through its Gulf States Toyota Parts Distribution Center warehouse in Sealy, TX.

Pena is proud of this new standalone facility and gushes when he talks about it.

 

“There is nothing like this anywhere within 100 miles,” he said. “I like to say that it’s a big city facility in a small town. We have a slew of amenities, with free WiFi and large screen TVs in our spacious customer lounge, located right next to our beautiful duck pond.”
