Just after 9 a.m., the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) and the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office executed a search warrant on Eagle Customs and Eagle Tire and Lube on FM 1485 in New Caney, Texas.

In January 2018, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office began an investigation on the owner Richard Sisney Jr. Several reports were flowing in that Sisney, who specializes in custom cars, was taking people’s money and not performing the work and, or charging for work that was never done.

Sisney was taken into custody and is being booked into the Montgomery County Jail on theft charges. His bond was set at $150,000. Detectives removed files, invoices, purchase orders and other documents from the business.

Richard Sisney Sr. was arrested and sent to the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) several years back after he was convicted of doing the same thing at another location in New Caney. He has since been released from prison.
