Business Owner: Hackers Posted Racist Rants on My Accounts

A Chester, NY, auto body shop owner says he’s facing death threats after racist remarks and provocative photos were posted to his social media accounts about the killing of George Floyd at the hands of Minneapolis police.

Wayne Corts Jr., 30, of Woodbury, NY, said in a June 3 interview he’s sought police protection and had to temporarily close his shop, Crunch Collision.


He did so, he said, following what he claims were fake posts, made June 2 after he said his accounts were hacked, regarding Floyd’s May 25 death and subsequent protests locally.
