On Saturday, April 16, nine of New Jersey’s top collision repair students put their talents to the test in the state’s annual SkillsUSA competition.
The Automotive Service Association, with the support of ASA Pennsylvania, put together a training program, that took place in Philadelphia at the DoubleTree Airport Hotel April 8 & 9.
The Auto Body Association of Connecticut (ABAC) held its Quarterly Membership Meeting on March 8 at the Country House Restaurant. Gene Tye of Corporate Business Solutions, John Parese of Buckley & Wynne, and Superare Marketing's Tony Lombardozzi and Peter Abdelmaseh spoke at the event.
For over 50 years, the Auto Body Association of Connecticut (ABAC) has been dedicated to protecting consumer safety. In February 2016, they took their mission a step farther by releasing the "Now What?" app which coaches consumers through the proper steps to take after a car accident.

On November 5-7, ARA of NY held their 54th Annual Convention and Tradeshow at Adam's Mark Hotel in Buffalo, NY. During the event, they also held their Second Automotive Recycling Leaders Summit, which attracted 40 industry leaders from seven states and Canadian provinces.
