Ed Peltier at White Bear Body Shop in White Bear Lake, MN, said he and other mechanics are doing their best to keep up with repairs, but not having the right car parts has been a setback.

"Some parts you know, you'll wait two, three, four weeks, catalytic converters two months sometimes," Peltier said.
