ASA Ohio Researches to Learn with Mike Anderson

Mike Anderson of Collision Advice recently presented “Learn to Research; Research to Learn” to nearly two dozen collision repair industry professionals in Northeast Ohio.

Hosted by ASA Ohio, workshop attendees learned to build their estimating expertise and use OEM repair procedures to document a safe and proper repair.


“Mike provided timely information on OE certification programs and the future direction of OE certification programs,” said Matt Dougher, executive director of ASA Ohio.


“The industry continues to change quickly, especially when it comes to OE repair procedures,” Dougher continued. “Mike recently developed this new workshop to assist shops in building a complete repair plan that ensures a proper and safe repair for the consumer, while also providing key information on how to correctly document for the complete repair in order to receive proper compensation. Attendees gave the workshop very high marks for content and information.”


Anderson detailed the various resources repairers should be using to research each and every repair to ensure all procedures are performed to OEM-specifications, ensuring the vehicle is restored to its pre-accident condition.
