Kentucky Ford Truck Plant Employee Tests Positive for Coronavirus

Written by Sarah Ladd, Louisville Courier Journal

A Kentucky Ford Truck Plant employee has tested positive for the coronavirus, a spokeswoman confirmed March 25.

"We are thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting the building, as promised as part of our coronavirus emergency response protocol," spokeswoman Kelli Felker said.

The Kentucky Truck Plant in Louisville, KY, where the Expedition, Lincoln Navigator and F-250 are assembled, is on a temporary hold because of a government order to stay home.

"The health and safety of our workforce, dealers, customers, partners and communities is our highest priority," Felker said. "Our thoughts are with our employee and family during this difficult time."
