“All of these improvements make it easier to schedule services across the dealership, get work done faster and make the experience a superior one,” Politte said.
In addition to its services, Stivers Ford Lincoln also works with more than 15 insurance providers to help repair vehicles submitted for claims. By having a direct relationship with these insurance companies, the dealership must comply with the companies’ customer satisfaction standards along with their time-to-repair requirements. Direct repair shops also have set pricing in place for labor and parts, making it easier for the insured individual.
“It makes it quite easy on the insured. There is no need to run around to different shops for different estimates. If there is need for supplemental work that wasn’t on the original estimate, that gets done also without customer involvement,” Politte said.
Located off of Hickman across from Stivers Ford Lincoln, the new collision center just recently opened in January of this year with operating hours of Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
