Greg Redfield has owned and operated Redfield Collision for more than 40 years, first in Festus and then in Farmington.
ABRA Auto Body Repair was founded in 1984 and has more than 350 locations across the country.
At this time, no changes are expected with the management team or personnel at either Redfield location.
The purchase was finalized the week of Feb. 24.
