Tracy Eugene Burke, 49, and Tina Ann Caruth, 41, were each charged with felony second-degree theft and cited for trespassing - first offense following an incident at North Iowa Collision Center, 11000 265th St. in Clear Lake.
About 1:15 a.m. May 21, Burke and Caruth were allegedly found in possession of several stolen aluminum radiators from North Iowa Collision Center.
Court documents say the items were found in the back of Caruth's vehicle and that she admitted to taking the radiators from the business.
Both were arrested and booked into Cerro Gordo County Jail. They each posted a $5,000 bond and were released May 21.
Burke was scheduled to appear in Cerro Gordo County District Court on May 30. Caruth was scheduled to appear June 8.
