ABRA officially operates 287 repair centers in 22 states, 19 of which are across Wisconsin. The count will jump to 310 repair centers in 23 states once ABRA closes on the additional centers it announced June 26.
ABRA’s President and Chief Executive Officer, Duane Rouse said the company isn’t slowing down and evaluates each acquisition with certain goals in mind. “Expanding our presence in Wisconsin is another opportunity to increase our market share in Milwaukee and across the state. It’s what we look for in each of our acquisitions. The loyalty our insurance partners and customers have shown through the years in the market is unmatched. It is this support from the communities we service that allows us to thrive and grow across the country.”
ABRA’s Executive Vice President of Operations, Scott Krohn said, “Our accomplishments and our ability to expand throughout the country is a direct result of our commitment to operational excellence. Implementing our standard operating processes in repair centers around the country results in consistent industry leading operating metrics and superior customer satisfaction ratings. Maintaining high performance ratings is what will allow us to continue to grow into the future.”
