Finney, 62, of Cadiz, was also a previous member of the Ohio Board of Motor Vehicle Repair.

Finney passed away at Wheeling Hospital. He was born Feb. 7, 1959, in Wheeling, a son of Richard E. and Carole (Lewis) Finney.

He is survived by his children, Ajay Finney of Bridgeport and Kenzie Finney of Shadyside; his siblings, Daryl Finney of Medina, Sheryl (Marty) Biafora of Morgantown and Cathy Clark of St. Clairsville; and four grandchildren, Avri Finney and Liam, Lennox and Stella Thibodeaux.
