According to ASA-OH Executive Director Matt Dougher, “The workshop went well. Robb provided attendees with proven techniques to improve efficiency and profit during the repair process.”
The training workshop was held to “provide the latest repair process techniques to shop owners and their staffs,” Dougher explained. “Attendees were very pleased with the information provided. They paid close attention to the process Robb taught, and everyone said that the workshop will help them improve their repair process in the shop.”
Dougher believes association-sponsored events are important to ASA-OH members and the industry as a whole because “the industry is changing and becoming very complex. Continuing education is the key to safely repairing vehicles and staying profitable.”
