In recent months, ASA Midwest has been busy pursuing their goal of advancing professionalism and excellence in the automotive repair industry. In June, the association held its Annual Tailgate event, after expanding its SOS program in May when they kicked off the first meeting for the Central MO chapter.
With the start of the New Year, the Indiana Auto Body Association (IABA) was presented with a large challenge: the Association's Executive Director, Tony Passwater, resigned after 12 years in the position.

On Wednesday, August 24, AASP-MN hosted a Night Out with the St. Paul Saints, a networking event that attracted 102 attendees to join the association at CHS Field in St. Paul.
On Tuesday, June 14, the ASA-OH hosted a Central OH Networking Event which provided an opportunity for association members to get to know one another in addition to offering some educational information.
On Saturday, June 18, ASA-Midwest hosted an Employee Appreciation event at Kauffman Stadium with members tailgating before enjoying a baseball game between the Kansas City Royals and the Detroit Tigers.
