Painters provide award- winning finishes for 2006 calendar

Matrix System Automotive Finishes recently released its 2006 calendar that features "Award Winning Finishes" designed by restoration, custom, and body shop painters nationwide.

The 2006 calendar winners included Steven Craig, SKC Customz in Lake Havasu City, Arizona, first place winner for his 2005 Magic 28' Deck Boat; Mark Coates, ABM Restorations in Kingsport, Tennessee, second place winner for his 2005 Combs Custom Chopper; and Kevin Roberts, Roberts' Auto Restoration in Toledo, Ohio, third place winner for his 1940 Ford Coupe.

Also winning spots in the calendar were Edward Roy, Ed's Body Shop, Spencer, Indiana; P.J. Burchett, B Rod or Custom, Inc., Knoxville, Tennessee; Joe Martin, Martin Brothers Bikes, Duncan-ville, Texas; Chris Valenzuela, Kolor Me Kustom, Yuma, Arizona; Penny Brookins, Ultimate Graphic Illusions, Cottonwood California; Doug Reed, Reed's Autobody & Paint, Redding, California; and Andy Stapp, Stapp's Airbrush X-Treme, Lockney, Texas.
