I-CAR Enhances User Website

I-CAR launched the first of many enhancements to the I-CAR website on May 5, 2014.

These first enhancements are centered around the user registration and tracking portal, myI-CAR.com, with improvements that include more user-friendly, streamlined registration and login pages, along with redesigned, personalized landing pages for faster navigation and ease of class scheduling.

Users will see an immediate difference during the login process and find navigation easier as soon as they enter the site. The new landing pages have graphically-focused visual navigation for easy identification of quick links to frequently used resources and information. Some of the new highlights include immediate visibility to Gold Class and Platinum recognition status, expiration dates, and reports that provide specific details on training required by students and businesses to achieve or maintain their Platinum or Gold Class status. Added features also include contact information for assigned I-CARE service representatives and a link to local classes being held.

According to Ann Gonzalez, I-CAR senior director of marketing, “As the technical evolution in automotive design reinforces the critical importance of ongoing training and education, collision repair professionals should expect quick and easy access to identify the training they need.” Gonzalez continues, “The recent improvements to myI-CAR provide that improved access, while a full redesign of the entire I-CAR website coming later this summer will offer increasingly accessible education, knowledge, and solutions necessary to perform complete, safe, and quality repairs.”
